LABMAT specializes in the production and custom-made application of high-quality sliding linings, based on technically advanced synthetic fibers.

Our linings are distinguished by the possibility of choosing thermosetting resins, enriched with specialized sliding additives and fillers with high wear resistance. Thanks to this, even in very unfavorable working conditions, our products maintain quiet operation, eliminating the stick-slip effect.

We offer three basic linings:

  • S5 Sliding Lining – PTFE
    Cotton – Fabric with a thickness of 0.5 mm
  • S6 Sliding Lining – PTFE
    Cotton – Fabric with a thickness of 0.6 mm
  • SM Sliding Lining – PTFE
    Polyester – Fabric with a thickness of 0.5 mm

We are currently working intensively on the design and testing of new versions of our cladding. We are making every effort to ensure that our new products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

We select linings based on technical requirements, such as load, speed of movement, operating temperature, and working environment (e.g., presence of chemicals, water). The correct selection of lining material and construction is crucial for the long-term and trouble-free operation of the equipment.

Our sliding bearings are ideally suited for applications such as articulated sliding bearings, sliding bushings and thrust washers, especially in cases where their dimensions deviate from the standards defined by DIN norms.
